- Responsible for supporting all the Recruitment & Training activities and ensure comply Company policies.
* Develop and implement recruitment plans.
- Make a recruitment plan according to the annual recruitment plan, work with related Departments to positions that need to be recruited according to the plan.
- Post jobs, receive, screen applications and coordinate with the Head of Department to organize interviews and select suitable candidates according to plan.
- Send notifications (offer employment) and draft labor contracts for successful candidates.
- Prepare reports evaluating recruitment and probation results.
- Guide and introduce new employees to the Company's policies and regulations.
- Work with vendors of HRM system, labor supply & job board.
* Develop and implement training plans to improve qualifications and skills.
- Synthesize training needs and make training plans for each employee on an annual basis.
- Monitor the training system and link departments to properly implement the determined system.
- Propose the selection of training facilities and directly contact, coordinate, and monitor training programs to improve qualifications and skills for employees.
- Monitor and synthesize training results, prepare an evaluation report on training results for the Department Head.
* Monitor, update and manage records and employee lists of the Company:
- Oversee prepare documents to change jobs such as promotion, rotation.
- Update, arrange and store employee records according to regulations.
- Manage and follow up performance review monthly and yearly of departments.
* Perform other related tasks or as requested.
- Participate in orientation Company regulations and policies and answering related questions and complaints from employees.
- Participate and complete projects and other tasks within assigned functions and duties as required.
- Comply with regulations of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 system; IATF 16949
- Corporate in organizing Company activities/ events.

- Receive, reflect and classify information to Deputy/Department Head, Director and staff as required.
- Require employees to comply with the Company's regulations.
