Orientation Training 20%
Orientation training for new staff
Participating in internal communications and fostering a learning culture within the company.
Internal Training 30%
Conducting surveys to identify training needs and developing monthly/quarterly/annual internal training plans (technical skills, soft skills, knowledge,...).
Company regulation training and control how staff follow the rules
Develop, manage, and update the company's rule book (combine the regulations of all departments and labor regulation)
Organizing internal workshops and short courses for staff development.
Collaborating with leaders to create training plans for each department and level.
External Training 30%
Research and find demand external course for specialize training
Organizing weekly medical courses.
Control CME data for medical staff.
Manage data of external training and calculation of compensation if staff resign earlier.
Addressing and proposing policies related to tuition fees and training support costs.
Training Evaluation 10%
Collecting data and evaluating the effectiveness of onboarding, internal, and external training programs.
Proposing training solutions to enhance training effectiveness.
Other tasks as requested by direct management 10%
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or Business
At least two years experience in the training environment
Experience in the medical field is an advantage
Proficient in English
Thorough grasp of training methods and planning
Strong admin skills
Full commitment to helping others in the company
Excellent communication skills
