Mô tả công việc
1. HR Strategy
• Business acumen of Cosmetics (Nivea, Nivea Men brands), understanding challenges and opportunities.
• Understand people strategies and organization challenges of partnered functions (Sales, Trade and Marketing) and enable to build an integrated HR plan to support business through HR core activities and operations (e.g. sales performance management, talent development, retention, growth mindset culture, change management culture, etc.).
• Contribute to the organization design (skills, resources, processes) to suit business challenges and HR strategy
2. HR Business Partner
• Drive excellent Team performance, monitoring sales and E-com team performance and incentives scheme. Propose solutions to address rewards issues to be competitive and motivating to sales and E-com team.
• Propose and deploy efficient HR solutions in support of the delivery of Net Sales and Market Share key performances.
• Carry out workforce planning (WFP) to ensure resource capability and critical competencies to deliver business growth
• Provide the right fit talents, build core talents, succession plan and long- term pipelines for the team.
• Listen to and communicate with stakeholders in a good and professional manner.
• Monitor the change patterns actual vs plan in personnel cost for Commercial and implement corrective actions.
• Relevant dynamic reports and analysis to HRD and management .
• Other common activities: New Hire orientation, on-boarding, Exit interviews, Employee Relations in assigned population.
3. Learning & Development
• Design, deliver and administer the organization's training programs in accordance with the organization's L&D plan to enhance the Team capability in response of business growth delivery.
• Analyze and assess L&D needs by working closely with business leaders and customize training plan for the whole organization.
• Assist in building the sales capability together with sales operations
• Responsible for COMPASS LMS and compliance training
• Promote the learning culture in the organization.
• Measure the success of training
4. Employee Engagement through CARE Culture
• Support in employee engagement plan and deployment in the assigned teams to drive Employer of Choice for the Company
• Actively support Employer Branding and CARE culture EVP both internally and externally.
• Actively support in building high-performing culture and growth mindset
5. HR projects
Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfillment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; evaluating optional courses of action; changing assumptions and direction.
6. HR in one team initiatives
•Support HR initiatives / projects / programs relating to the deployment of corporate programs, business transformation, change management, staff events
• Work as a team with HR operations to ensure the HR quality services to the business in the following aspects, but not all inclusive in terms of Talent acquisition, Employer branding, Administration of compensation and benefits, Internal Communication.

Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration. Post-graduate work a plus.
Working experience
• At least 8 years solid human resource management experience
• Preferably with experience in MNC in Personal Care / FMCG.
• Strong partnering experience to Commercial-oriented organization.
Business understanding
• Strong understanding of HR as a business function
• Passion in learning and working closely with Commercial Team
Others
• Good command of English, maturity, strong leadership and good interpersonal skill
• Analytical. Make good judgement.
• Customer-oriented.
• Influence others.
• Strong HR technical knowledge.
Working experience
• At least 8 years solid human resource management experience
• Preferably with experience in MNC in Personal Care / FMCG.
