We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of HRBP Executive to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work:
HR Services
Manage the implementation on HR processes, including employment contracts and variations, employment checks, probationary period review, employee terminating procedures ... in order to provide appropriate and ongoing support for employees
Proceed other employee-related paperwork
Labor law and HR policies
Research and manage information system related to Local Labor Laws in overseas branches of The Group to ensure compliance with procedures of the Group and Local Labor Laws
Participate in governing and developing HR policies, projects & procedures for overseas employees.
Employee Relation
Liaise with other teams to analyze HR services to mitigate the risk of the Group and to enhance employees' experiences.
Directly communicate with overseas employees and colleagues from other branches to encourage employee relations
HR database and filing system
Directly maintain updated employee record regularly to increase employee management efficiency
Prepare weekly/monthly reports as required
