RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performance Management and Talent Development
Coordinate the implementation of performance appraisal processes and support managers in evaluating employees.
Develop Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when necessary.
Design talent development programs and succession planning initiatives.
Employee Relations and Engagement
Provide consultation and resolve HR-related issues, such as labor conflicts, disciplinary actions, contract termination, and improving labor relations.
Ensure departments comply with HR policies and current labor laws.
Conduct surveys to measure employee satisfaction and engagement levels.
Analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and propose strategies to enhance the employee experience.
Policy, Regulation, and Procedure Development
Goal-Setting Guidelines
Employee Appraisal Process
Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) Guidelines
HR Analytics and Reporting
Collect and analyze HR data to propose improvements in workflow processes.
Provide regular and ad-hoc HR reports to departments and leadership teams.
Support in other tasks
Administrative HR Management
Leave and Attendance Management
Insurance (Health Insurance) and Periodic Health Checkup Management for Employees

Education requirements
Degree: Bachelor/ Master / MBA
Major: Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related majors is advantageous.
Work experience requirements
Previous experience in C&B professional (mandatory)
Years of experience: At least 2 years experience as an HRBP
Knowledge or expertise skills requirements
Understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Understanding of the organization's business operations
Ability to build relationships with business leaders, managers, and key stakeholders
Foreign language skills requirements
English B1
Soft skills requirements
Advanced skill level in communication
Intermediate skill level in problem-solving
Intermediate skill level in planning and organizing
Education requirements
