HSE and Compliance Manager (Toys/footwear/textiles - Remote)

- Develop and implement comprehensive policies related to health, safety, environmental (HSE), and social compliance across all manufacturing site
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of health and safety measures, working conditions, and social responsibility practices to ensure compliance with local laws and international standards.
- Oversee and support the internal teams responsible for Health & Safety, Welfare, and Working Conditions, ensuring effective implementation of company policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to employee safety, environmental hazards, and ethical labor practices within factories and production sites.
- Collaborate with factory management to address any compliance issues, and work to continuously improve safety, working conditions, and employee welfare.
- Ensure all staff, contractors, and suppliers adhere to HSE and compliance regulations, and provide training as necessary to maintain high standards.
- Manage the company's compliance with ISO standards such as ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management).
- Ensure all suppliers meet social and ethical compliance standards, including wages, labor conditions, and ethical treatment of workers.
- Prepare regular compliance reports for senior management and provide recommendations on continuous improvements to safety, environmental, and social responsibility practices.
