Mô tả công việc

Specifically, this role will:
• Support the BOD in formulating policies and guidelines on issues of Safety, Health, Environment, and CTPAT security
• Support the BOD on HSE's roles and responsibilities about safety, environment, CTPAT aspects
• Support the Top Management in the HSE, CTPAT Management System standard issue.
• Make/ update compliance policy and procedure for HSE, CTPAT
• Ensure, in accordance with the Corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE, CTPAT Systems.
• Conduct safety, CTPAT audits both internal and external.
• Take part in accident / incident investigation to identify root cause.
• Carrie out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identify trends and suggest improvement plans
• Prepare HSE, CTPAT documentation for new contractor;
• Make the HSE strategy, target, plan and KPI aligned with company business strategy & goal
• Manage HSE/ ISO team members
• Maintain ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 management systems at the factory
• On behalf of company to join meeting with buyers about HSE;
• Manage all information post on FFC & EMeReT;
• Handle grievance/ triple-party communication on HSE, CTPAT matters;
• Ensure PA audit and SKPI audit to meet HSE road map yearly
• Other tasks are assigned by direct manager and BOD

Yêu cầu

• University degree or above in HSE, Environment, HR management, Law ...;
• Experience in Compliance/ HSE in manufacturing is a must ( 5 years);
• Proficiency in English and MS Office;
• Familiarity with operational, financial, quality and human resources & HSE procedures and regulation
• Buyer's workplace standards & requirements;
• Strong understanding of current legal regulations applied to manufacturing companies
• Good communication skills, negotiation skill, problem solving skill, planning skill and interpersonal skill.
• Analytical, meticulous and able to multitask and work within timeline.
• Positive working attitude, a result - oriented and good team player.
