Mô tả công việc
- Business Partnership: Build strong relationships with business leaders and serve as a trusted advisor, understanding their business goals, challenges, and operational needs
- Organization redesign and structure: Review required organization changes with HR leader to determine appropriate action. Participate in building and analyzing human resource plans with clients
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Handle complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner. Facilitate effective communication between HR and the business units, ensuring that HR programs, policies, and initiatives are well-communicated and supported
- Performance management: Collaborate with clients to create annual goals and KPIs.
- Employee Development: Collaborate with clients to create succession and Individual development plans. Create and assess competency framework, job analytics
- Organizational Development and Training: Collaborate with Training team to analyze and provide training needs for client groups, participate in the development of training map
- Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the C&B team to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent

Yêu cầu
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in human resources roles at multination/global organization
- Knowledge and skill: Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and related codes. Good communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to analyze data and make recommendations to drive business decisions
- Other requirements: Relevant HR certifications (e.g. CHRP, CHRL, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP,...) are a plus. Prefer a candidate who has good knowledge and working experience in LnD field.
