Mô tả công việc

- Manages Personnel & Training Division, ensuring compliance with all hotels policies
And procedures both local and government regulations pertaining to employment Practices.
- Develops and implements recruiting and screening systems and procedures in order to attract most qualified candidates for position vacancies.
- Coordinates with requisitioning departments in the recruitment of employee following established standards, policies and procedures assists them in the orientation training, development and evaluation of their personnel.
- Directs supervisor of training department and ensure all its activities are in accordance to the needs of the hotel and all training program has been smoothly executed.
- Supervises that staff coordinates in the work plan on safety, hygiene, and harmonious.
- Monitors the administration of the performance appraisal program and act in advisory capacity to Department Heads of such process.
- Maintains and updates files on employee records, legal documents, policies and procedures, and all matters which cover the employees/ hotel relationships.
- Prepares and submits periodic reports for Management's use in accordance with hotel and government requirements such as turnover reports, personnel inventories, accident reports, competitor admin./ benefits, etc. Develops the Personnel Department and related budgets. Checks and amends if any training activities, program policy, and curriculum of the Training Department.
- Analyzes hotels manpower requirements in order to recommend on selection and development activities to meet those requirements.
- Monitors present and future trends in the local labour situation, social legislation and make recommendations relating thereto.
- Reviews personnel policies, procedures, and practices, recommends charges, modification or updating to Management. Monitors and reviews all hotel's benefits and compensation levels and recommend appropriate changes.
- Inspects regularly employee canteen, locker rooms lockers and other employee facilities to ensure they are well operated and maintained.
- Ensures and reviews all necessary documentation pertaining to Training Department and pass on to the Management for evaluation.
- Plans and supervises in conjunction with Training Manager the yearly Training program for all properties.
- Ensures and evaluates career planning for all levels and suggest to Management for potential internal promotion and external transfer to other hotels within the chains.
- Counsels hotel personnel as needed in areas such as career planning, training and development, employee relations and legal requirements.
- Implements and monitors an effective employee relations and motivation programs in the hotels.
- Develops and implements programs to ensure employee security and safety.
- Disseminate information affecting employer-employee relations, employee activities and hotel personnel policies and programs.
- Coordinates and execute employees' social, athletic and recreational activities.
- Investigates and reviews all disciplinary actions to ensure applicable laws and regulations and procedures are followed. Consults with Department Heads on appropriate action and recommends to Management for final action

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
- Experience in hotel operation and management or hospitality related field is preferred. Previous hotel pre-opening experience is preferred
- Extensive knowledge of the labour market and human resource management, especially in 5-star hotels and resorts. Comprehensive understanding of current Law and regulations which govern hospitality operation and personnel system
- A thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry, have a strong management background, sound administrative skills, and well developed management skills.
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office, hotel management software, recruiting sites such as Joboko, Pasona, Joboko, Linkedin, Indeed...
- Competent English skills (bilingual and multilingual preferred). Aptitude in financial management, financial reports and analysis
- Strong communication skills including oral and written, verbal and non-verbal to ensure the communication process with employees and guests
- Ability to train, lead, develop and coordinate personnel from different divisions to ensure smooth daily operation of the hotels. Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example work style
- Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks at once. Maintain confidentiality, exercise patience, and perform well under pressure.
- Age is from 30 years old
