I. Qualifications requirements:
• More than 10 years of experience in the field of HRD.
• Salary, allowances/benefits development skills are required
• Manufacturing working experiences is preferred and furniture field is a plus (employee scales from 2,000 employees more)
• Strong knowledge and experience in C&B
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellence in employment-related laws and regulations.
• Understand organization development, company culture and can propose effective models in both the short and long term.
• Understanding manufacturing takes is preferred.
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is required.
• Excellent English capability.
• Salary range offer: To be negotiated
II. Job Purpose:
1. Be a strategic partner of leader ship team (Executive Members and senior Managers)
2. Ensure HR strategy aligned with and support TA business strategy
3. Ensure HR and admin operations provided on time, in quality and cost controlled
4. Strong cooperate with HSE in developing and ensuring policies of HSES (health, safety, environment and security) complied and HSES operations in line with the policy and cost controlled
III. Responsibility:
1. Be a strategic partner of leader ship team (Executive Members and senior Managers)
A member of executive meeting related to company policy and organizational development
Act as senior Advisor to leadership team in human resources management, development and change
2. Ensure HR strategy aligned with and support TA business strategy
Develop HR strategy and lead implementation plan in long-term, short-term and/or ad-hoc requirement to ensure headcount, skillset on site on time, quality and quantity
Submit any changes and/or update company policy related to HR, employee relation To be as advisor and/or counsellor of Executive members and Division Heads on HR strategy, organization development and change
Lead the process of HR changing and HR issues
Lead projects related to culture event, management/leadership development Lead and control ISO 9001:2015
As contact point of management to labor, Trade Union and local labor Authority in communication
