Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities
1. Payroll and Compensation Management
o Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payment of wages and salaries.
o Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, such as tax withholdings, social security contributions, and other mandated benefits.
o Manage employee benefits, including leave management, insurance, and other welfare programs.
2. Government Compliance and Reporting
o File necessary documents with government agencies (e.g., BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
o Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with changes.
o Conduct audits and reporting to maintain adherence to government policies.
3. Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
o Maintain a peaceful and orderly workplace by addressing and resolving conflicts promptly.
o Develop and implement workplace policies to enhance the employee experience.
o Mediate disputes and conduct investigations in cases of employee grievances or disciplinary issues.
4. Performance Evaluation and Talent Management
o Design and implement performance evaluation systems to measure and enhance employee effectiveness.
o Work with department heads to set performance goals and KPIs for sales, operation teams, and support staff.
o Identify high-performing staff and plan career development paths and succession planning.
5. Training and Development
o Develop and coordinate training programs that align with company goals and skill gaps.
o Provide on boarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
o Promote continuous learning and professional development across all departments.
6. Recruitment and Staffing
o Manage the hiring process to fill staffing needs for the sales team, warehouse, customer service, drivers, and support staff.
o Implement recruitment strategies to attract candidates aligned with company values and energy standards.
7. Policy and Process Development
o Create and enforce HR policies, including attendance, conduct, and other workplace norms.
o Regularly review and update policies to meet business and legal requirements.
8. Employee Engagement and Culture
o Foster a positive work environment by implementing programs that promote team-building and employee morale.
o Lead initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and alignment with company values.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the food industry or a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and government compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and HR software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective conflict resolution and employee engagement.
• Proven leadership ability with a track record in managing a diverse workforce.
• Ability to develop policies and implement process improvements.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines efficiently.
