1. Summary of Responsibilities
- The Head of Human Resources leads the HR and Administration Department, responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. They address requirements, complaints, or other HR-related issues within the company.
- This position has decision-making authority regarding the organizational structure and staffing levels of all departments based on the approved organizational chart and staffing plan. They assess the professional capabilities of employees company-wide, chair regular/unscheduled departmental meetings, as well as planning sessions for monthly/quarterly/annual activities. Additionally, they represent the department in leadership meetings of the company
2. Primary Responsibilities:
- Finance:
Manage departmental expenses and ensure salary budgets align with approved limits.
Develop and execute HR strategies that match the company's overall business strategies during different development phases.
Build and implement comprehensive OKR and KPI evaluation systems.
- Strategic employer branding & company culture development:
Fully and accurately implement benefits and policies for all employees.
Oversee cultural programs that align with the company's core values.
Manage and supervise the reward and penalty evaluation systems for employees.
Design policies on salary, bonuses, benefits, and incentives for employees.
Develop recruitment plans and training policies to attract and retain top talent.
Ensure the implementation of legal documents related to the company adheres to regulations.
Advise the CEO on HR-related strategies and plans.
- Processes:
Automate tasks and operations under their management.
Analyze and organize HR-related data, including KPIs, workforce evaluations, turnover rates, recruitment performance, and policy effectiveness.
Standardize and manage HR processes for smooth execution.
Develop and systematize operational processes and standards for the company.
- Training and Development:
Assess training needs and implement/supervise training programs.
Support business needs through workforce development and retention strategies.
Enhance execution capabilities to meet company requirements
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Over 5 years of experience as an
HR Manager or equivalent position in multinational corporations or listed companies.
Experience in building ISO-standardized systems, policies, and HR procedures.
Knowledge and experience in implementing ESOP.
Strong interpersonal skills and insight into human behavior are advantageous.
Proficiency in English.
