ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for executing HR functions, including but not limited to employee
relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws
and regulations.
OFFICE LOCATION & WORKING TIME
Lacàph Space Sài Gòn (head office): 220 Nguyễn Công Trứ, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, with occasionally weekend work when required
DUTIES
● Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume
screening, and interviews;
- Facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation sessions and necessary
paperwork;
● Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues;
- Manage disciplinary actions and conflict resolution;
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and HR initiatives;
● Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations;
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures;
● Training and Development:
- Coordinate and schedule internal training;
- Identify training needs and develop training programs;
● Compensation and Benefits Administration:
- Manage employee documentation and maintain HR records;
- Handle payroll, SI-HI, PIT, health insurance and other C&B related tasks;
- Handle work permits and temporary residence cards for foreign employees;
- Prepare HR-related reports as required;
- Administer employee benefits programs and manage benefit-related queries;
● Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process, including
documentation and communication with employees and managers;
● Other tasks assigned by the HR & Finance Manager;
REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field;
● Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar HR role;
● Experience in acquiring work permits and temporary residence cards;
● In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations;
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
● Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and
attention to detail;
● Ability to communicate in English is a plus;
