Human Resources admin cum internal communication

We're looking for an Admin cum HR IC to handle administrative task and ability of playing key roles as an Internal Communication to join our team in HCMC office.
Responsibilities:
Administration Task
● Control and manager the company documents in and out.
● Purchase and track assets, equipment, stationery and manage all relevant documents
as invoices, contracts.....
● Be responsible for managing office equipment
● Manage and timely report the internal expenses on a monthly, quarterly, yearly basis.
HR Task
● Welcome and guide the new employees throughout their Onboarding process and handle the relevant documents (labour contracts, probationary contracts, employee Records...)
● Develop and monitor the compliance with the Company's labor regulations
● Control and manage labor contracts and labor contract appendices.
● Support work related to timekeeping, salary calculation, PIT, insurance for employees as
required.
Internal Communication
● Generate ideas, budget, and organize internal events including but not limited to internal activities, holidays, happy hour, company trips/team-building, etc...
● Take responsibility for logistics for assigned tasks and control other expenses related to HR activities.
● Propose new content, write and distribute it on social media (internal channels, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
