Human Resources Business Partner (Commercial) - Attractive Package

We're looking for HRBP Manager who is responsible to drive HR priorities and ensures effective, efficient delivery of HR services that drive the performance of the Sales department.
He/ she also lead the transformation journey in term of organization model, culture, mindset, leadership and capability.
What you'll do
Partner with Sales department in the defining transformation roadmap. Drive organization changes including capability development, productivity enhancement and culture shift.
Partner and mobilize with Sales department to drive the deployment of HR professionalism in his/her function including talent management and performance management. Participate in achieving business and HR strategy.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract, select the best fit talent for the new standard and also retain those new talents.
Collaborate with Rewards to manage headcount planning, employment cost, and ensure appropriate HR practices /policies for employees regarding pay, sales incentives, career development & talent management.
Work closely with people managers to determine business and leadership development needs to achieve functional objectives.
Drive leadership development, engagement, employee relations, and company value application.
Participate in HR projects.
