Recruitment & Development

Develop recruitment plans, internal procedures according to assigned recruitment criteria
Meet timely and appropriately recruitment request
Develop corporate culture to create a stable and good working environment for all staff
Manage the overall administration of human resources functions, training and development its services, policies and procedures including its continuous improvement implementation programs

Admin (Temporary)

Plan and organize internal activities for the company
Supervise and manage work related to legal matters and deploying processes, procedures, and provisions of the company

C&B Specialist (training will be provided if necessary)

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business, Law...;
At least 3 years working experience at the same position, e - commerce company,...
Fluent in English
Understanding labor psychology
Good Computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
Essential skills for work: good writing, good communication, understanding, candidate interview, evaluation, comment, negotiation, problem solving, organizing events, teamwork
Other personal qualities: Passion for work, high responsibility, enthusiasm, honesty, good support, high pressure in work

Be the first key employee of the company, in charge of HR - Admin management for -20 members organization (will be grow up to -100 members in 2022)
