1. HR Responsibility (EOR & Payroll Services):
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for hosted employees, including managing Visa/Work Permit/TRC documentation.
- Support monthly payroll processes, helping maintain accurate employee data and related documents.
- Assist in addressing employee concerns and providing timely support, fostering positive relationships with hosted employees.
- Coordinate with the Human Resources Department to assist in calculating salaries, social insurance, and tax declarations, and help confirm monthly payroll and contributions under guidance.
- Support the annual tax finalization process for hosted employees.
2. Administrative and Vendor Coordination:
- Assist in administrative procurement processes for hosted employees, including optimizing procurement practices and negotiating terms with suppliers.
- Help manage vendor relationships, including monitoring contracts and payments, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, such as visa agencies and law firms, for specific tasks like visa processing and legal advisory matters.
3. Account Management:
- Assist in preparing and issuing monthly Commercial invoices, Proforma invoices, and payment requests to customers on schedule.
