Role Description
The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Ho Chi Minh City Metropolitan Area. This role oversees core HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with local labor regulations.

Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, support managers in handling employee issues, and maintain accurate HR records and documentation. Daily responsibilities include coordinating hiring processes, managing benefits and payroll-related information in partnership with finance, organizing training and development initiatives, and monitoring HR metrics to support data-driven decisions. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture, promoting engagement and retention, and ensuring alignment between HR practices and the company's strategic goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and best practices in workplace safety and fair employment.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training, facilitate change management initiatives, and support organizational development.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels.
Solid organizational and analytical skills, including experience using HRIS or other HR-related systems to manage data and reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site full time in the Ho Chi Minh City Metropolitan Area and manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
