Strategy & Compliance
Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align perfectly with the company's overall business objectives.
Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and practices are in absolute compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law, tax regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
Act as the primary liaison between the company and local government authorities, including the Department of Labor and Trade Unions.
Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to the Sino-US management team regarding local HR matters.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to source and select high-caliber talent across all organizational levels.
Collaborate extensively with Sino-US management to understand their hiring needs and cultural expectations.
Develop and maintain an effective onboarding process to integrate new hires seamlessly into a dynamic multicultural work environment.
Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations
Administer and continuously optimize a highly competitive compensation and benefits structure based on regular market benchmarking.
Oversee monthly payroll processing, manage statutory benefits administration including social and health insurance, and liaise with external payroll vendors.
Maintain and update employee records and the Human Resources Information System accurately.
Performance & Employee Relations
Implement and maintain a robust performance management system, encompassing goal setting, performance reviews, and structured feedback mechanisms.
Work with line managers to identify critical training needs and organize relevant development and succession planning programs.
Act as a key communication bridge between employees and management to address inquiries and resolve grievances.
Proactively foster a positive, inclusive, and productive corporate culture that promotes understanding and collaboration among Chinese, American, and Vietnamese teams.

Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience & Knowledge
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
At least 3 years of experience working as an
HR Manager handling the full HR spectrum independently, preferably within the manufacturing sector or an international company.
Proven experience working in a joint venture or a multicultural multinational corporation (MNC) is highly preferred.
Excellent and comprehensive command of Vietnamese Labor Law and related statutory regulations.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese are strictly required.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and complex problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and manage the diverse needs of different stakeholders.
Highly proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite.
