Role Description
Partner with the Head of HR to plan, direct, and oversee company-wide HR strategies, programs, and daily operations.
Directly lead, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
Drive the standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR policies, C&B structures, talent acquisition frameworks, and employee relations.
Actively contribute to enhance operational efficiency and workforce productivity.
Oversee HR budgeting, headcount planning, recruitment cost management, and personnel expense controls.
Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the Executive Management.
Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years of total experience within the Human Resources domain.
Minimum 3+ years in leadership roles, with a proven track record of directly managing at least 2 functional HR teams.
Prior experience in large-scale manufacturing enterprises or MNCs is strongly preferred.
Business proficiency in English OR Chinese (fluent written and spoken communication for executive management reporting).
Strong strategic mindset, systems thinking, and data analysis capabilities.
Proven leadership, change management, and problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and local HR compliance standards.
