Human Resources Officer

Recruitment & talent acquisition:
Undertake job posting via multiple channels & promote recruitment on company social
Conduct employer branding activities & campaigns
Conduct candidates screening calls & arrange interview schedule
Follow up with suitable candidates or prepare thank you letters
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
Administration & Activities:
Update & manage HR databases, employee documents or other related paperwork
Supervise and orient the employee to comply with the company's policies as well as ensure the company's benefits.
Update information related to labor law, Health and Social Insurance, and PIT for every section & support registration
Be responsible for saving all documents related to Human Resource & Admin fields
Monitor employee attendance and day leaves to review monthly timekeeping to assist payroll processing .
Develop & execute employees engagement programs to retain talent & employee engagement programs
Plan and organize internal activities/events such as monthly birthday, company sharing, year-end party, teambuilding, or employee take care activities,... etc. to promote working environment and solid teamwork
Oversee general office administration, including supply management and office maintenance.
Handle administrative task & others task as requested
