Manpower's client, a leading force in the beverage industry, is renowned for its dedication to crafting premium tea experiences globally. Embark on this unique opportunity with a prominent player as an HR Specialist. This position offers a part-time commitment of two days a week under a 6-month contract. In this role, you will be pivotal in HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. People & Organizational (70%)
- Recruitment: Prepare job description, job posting, screening, interviewing and
scheduling interviews, prepare salary proposals, communicate job offers.
- Onboarding: Prepare facilities, documents & all procedures for newcomers; collect
data and create newcomer's profile account into HR system and provide general
instructions on first working day.
- Compensation and Benefit: Manage the HR information and system (joiners, leavers,
job change, leave management), prepare and process payroll data, declare Social
Insurance for employees, prepare labor contract for employees, prepare and submit
reports for authorities (labor report, salary report).
- Offboarding: Manage all procedures for leavers e.g. termination of profile in the
system, conclude leaver checklist, prepare termination decision letter.
- System and reporting: Manage employee profile (personal data, job change) undergo
regular data validation to ensure data accuracy and prepare employee reports as
necessary.
- Act as main point of contact for all HR related matters for Vietnam-based employees.
2. Administration (30%)
- Do payments for office rental, commercial insurance, courier management fee.
- Support team for document courier to stakeholders and office-related management.
- Work closely with Vietnam team, manage on-the-ground communication and ensure
compliance matters.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of two years of similar work experience.
- Proficiency in English, both in verbal and writing.
- Able to work 2 days a week, with a short-term contract (to 30/6/2024).
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Tuesday and Wednesday).
