Human Resources Staff - Seasonal contracts

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBITIES:
- Responsible for full process of recruitment activities: Mass recruit for Production site (Workers). Support to recruit Staff
- Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- In charge in CSR (Corporate social responsibility) activities: Customer Audit; CSR self - assessment and others related.
- Weakly/ Monthly reports (Recruitment, Resignation...)

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

- Female. University graduated in related majors such as HR /Business Management/ Law... is an advantage.
- Have experience in HR field/ manufacturing company in an advantage. Non-experience candidate will be trained.
- Good computer skills with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel especially).
- Active, self-motivation, good sense of communication and high sense of responsibility.

- Bonus: 02- 05 monthly salary/ per year.
