In charge of Sales, customer management & Operations of Commercial Air-Conditional (CAC) and Light CAC Products:
SALES:
Be accountable business targets (Sales, Orders, Pipeline) for CAC and LCAC products.
Run sales delivery & assigned targets (KPI, EMC)
Develop & execute project pipeline, enhance winning rate and build up backlog for CAC projects by direct approach & in-direct approach (through project dealer)
Do sales forecast by customers, product wises by monthly/quarterly/yearly
NETWORK MANAGEMENT & EXPANSION:
Build & maintain good relationship with MEP/HVAC contractors &
developers
Work closely with specifier/consultant for technical & tender support, calculation, design for CAC.
Negotiate & finalize sales contracts to maximize sales revenue & align with sales targets.
Support project dealer to do sales/spec-in and tender, training, meeting
OPERATIONS:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations of contract, billing, payment, Delivery
Track sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance/finance/Log
Other related tasks assigned by Line Manager
