Mô tả công việc
• Be responsible for ensuring the quality of mission-critical, cloud-based software systems.
• Work directly with onsite team and product managers in the US, through all phases of the software development process to provide feedback on the functionality, reliability, usability, and efficiency of the software.
• Evaluate current processes and implement improvements that will result in increased quality.
• Learn the Client Track application and become familiar with health and human services to better understand the workflows and represent users in the development process.
• Build custom forms/workflows to match with client's need (based on the baseline or build from the scratch)
• Follow the assigned project from the beginning (to build forms/workflows) till post production (to fix any outstanding bugs prior to handing over to the support team)

JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATION
• Can quickly learn our products inside and out, understand user flows; and partner's product for edge cases.
• Can collaborate well. Communication is key in this position. You will be working closely with other departments on a regular basis to ensure we continuously improve our ability to ship high-caliber solutions to our customers.
• Troubleshoot issues to find root causes and suggest potential fixes.
• Be able to understand the SQL stored procedures/functions/views.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• English communication is required (equivalent to TOEIC 600+, TOEFL IBT 17+ or IELTS 4+ - if applicable)
• Strong troubleshooting & analyzing.
• At least 02 year - experience as a software tester/developer
• Understanding of user experience principles and processes.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Ability and experience working collaboratively and respectfully with colleagues in an agile environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
