HASAKI TUYỂN DỤNG VỊ TRÍ: IMPORT EXPORT SPECIALIST (BEAUTY & PERSONAL CARE)

I. Responsibilities:

Plan and propose to superiors regarding goods information, purchasing, and supplier sourcing both domestically and internationally.
Coordinate with the legal department to draft, sign contracts, and handle transactions.
Negotiate with partners, suppliers, and customers.
Monitor and manage the shipment progress, product quality, and quantity control.
Resolve conflicts and issues related to goods and products during transportation.
Receive, verify, and compare relevant documents and inspect supplier invoices.
Identify HS codes for imported goods.
Handle customs procedures, including declarations, export documentation, etc.
Manage and store import-export documents and related expenses.
Prepare POs (Purchase Orders) and Contracts for orders.
Process payments related to the department.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

II. Requirements:

1. Mandatory Requirements:

Fluent English skills, both verbal and written.
Strong ownership of work with a high level of commitment.
Detail-oriented and meticulous.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage relationships with partners.

2. Preferred Qualifications:

Passion for beauty and fashion products.
Tech-savvy mindset, with a habit of exploring and applying new technologies to work.

Location: 555 3/2 Street, 8 Ward, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.

Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday - Friday) and 8:30 - 12:30 (Saturday Morning).
