Import - Export Staff (Urgent)

 Planning to import goods, search for goods and local/overseas suppliers, propose to Department Head and the Board of Directors to choose suppliers and partners.

 Drafting contracts, importing and exporting goods according to the Company's business requirements.

 Conduct transactions, negotiate and sign contracts with customers and suppliers.

 Track the progress of the goods to ensure that the goods arrive on schedule, in quality and quantity.

 Solve arising problems related to imported goods during transportation.

 Receive and compare quantity/quality of actual goods at the border.

 Contact the supplier to receive and check the validity of the document.

 Determine HS Code for imported items.

 Customs declaration.

 Filing documents and check import costs.

 Follow up the order, contact the carrier and ensure the delivery schedule according to the requirements.

 Carrying out procedures related to exporting goods, monitoring customer debts.

 Manage and track orders and contracts, coordinate with related departments to ensure timely delivery and payment schedule

 Prepare and complete all import and export procedures and documents.

 Solve arising problems in the import and export process.

 Update information on legal documents related to import and export goods.
