Mô tả công việc

-Contact client/agent to get shipments detail.
-Prepare Shipping Instruction submitted to carriers/co-loader
-Submit SI, Filing AMS / ISF / E-manifest, Pre-, Billing, ... ensuring correct and fully documents, limited loss maximum.
-Contact agent, shipping lines, co-loader for get detail cargo, A/N , delay notice ...
-Submit MNF on VNSW, A/N, EDO ....
-Issue the debit note/invoice to customers/ overseas for each shipment
-Tracing shipments and update to customers & oversea partners.
-Making weekly/monthly data report of the shipping plan
-Report to manager or upper level when required
-Complete the assigned job when required

Yêu cầu công việc

-Bachelor degree in Business Administration; Foreign Trade, Transportation .....
-At least 1 year experienced working for/with logistics forwarder. Having experience in US, Intra Asia trade lane is an advantage
-Being careful, responsible, dynamic, enthusiasm & hard working.
-Good at communication Skills (Negotiation & Convincible Skills)
-Good command of English (both verbal & written)
-Probation: 2 month
-Working time :Monday to Friday: From 08h00 to 17h30 and Saturday : 08h00-12h00
