Order Management:
Order Tracking: Monitor the status of orders throughout the entire supply chain process. Ensure timely follow-up with suppliers to confirm order processing, shipping schedules, and delivery.
Import-Export Customs Procedures:
Document Preparation: Prepare all necessary documentation for the import and export of goods, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other relevant papers.
Logistics Coordination: Oversee the transportation and delivery of goods from suppliers to company facilities. Choose the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods while ensuring timely delivery.
