Mô tả công việc
1) Generate and control import customs clearacne & Manage Masterlist & Syncronizing list
2) Manage shipping document (CIPL, BL. CO , ETC)
3) Follow up export-import documents in accordance with shipping schedule / check documents for accuracy and consistency
4) Proceed E-declaration and monitor customs clearance process with clearing agent to obtain the best possible lead time.
5) Check, confirm monthly debit note for vendors (import-export/local distribution) and monitor payment for each vendor
6) Update latest rules, policy, regulation for import/export and solve arising problems related to import/ export procedures

Yêu cầu
1) Over 10 years of experience in logistics company or im-export part in manufacturer or Plant Project
2) English proficiency : Fluent
3) Strong communication and Networking abilities
4) MS OFFICE proficiency (Excel & Word) : Intermediate or Advanced
5) Preferential treatment who manage Syncronizing list & Masterlist for tax exemption
6) Experiences in working with governmental authorities of custom
