• Develop new potential customers and take care current customers.
• Promote/ raise customers awareness about Company's product.
• Customer care. Provide customers with shipping solutions, answer customer's requirements.
• Provide sales quotations and service schedules to clients.
• Sales process adherence: arrange contracts with customers, provide work order, assist the Finance team on AR escalation and request payment from customers, coordinate with other departments to fulfill the shipment coordination.
• Collection of market information and take part in the overall
business development through sales weekly/monthly meetings.
• Submit all required reports timely and accurately.
• Achieve monthly targets set by Management in accordance to company business direction.
• Any other task or project as assigned by Management.
