- Examine, map out current processes, analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in existing processes.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve process efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. Also, it involves redesigning new processes, implementing new technologies, or developing new procedures.
- Collect and analyze data related to processes, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and create reports to monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes.
- Work closely with various teams (operations, engineering, quality, management) to gather input, communicate changes, and ensure smooth implementation.
- Monitor the performance of implemented changes, identify further areas for improvement, and ensure that processes are continuously optimized.
- Manage process improvement projects, including timelines, resources, and reporting on progress.
- Provide training and support to employees on new processes and technologies.
- Ensure that all process improvements adhere to safety and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal production process audit about compliance in machining process weekly.
- Provide monthly and weekly improvement process reports.
- Work closely with all machinists, engineers and team members and employees to achieve the company's mission, strategy, and objectives.
- Maintain personal and professional development appropriate and consistent to the needs of the business.
- Ensuring the strictest and highest confidentiality is adhered all times.
- Ensuring all compliance and ethical practices are fully adhered to.
- Any other duties that are assigned by General Director.
Yêu cầu
a. Background / Qualification:
- University/ College degree of Mechanical Engineering
- Preferable in Lean and Six Sigma qualifications
b. Experience:
- Minimum 5-year experience controlling production process
- Solid knowledge about high precision products and processes
- Proven track record of achieving improvement processes
- Experience in improvement processes and leading improvement projects
c. Special skills:
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to improvement process
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Project management skills
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
- Knowledge about ISO 9001, standard API accreditation, document control
- Dynamic, innovative and have a strategic ability
- Be proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluency in English communication, writing, reading
- Proficiency in MS Office
