Mô tả công việc
Responsible for building the studio and optimizing production equipment as well as providing training for other members
Plan production, divide shooting schedules, edit and maximize production output as well as minimize costs on sets and talents
Work with copywriters to produce final design as well as take responsibility the filming tasks to crew members and talents, create a timeline of action items, deliverables, and deadlines as well as oversee the production progress
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop impactful content production resources as well as continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency
Ensure that outputs are aligned with brand image and meet the expectation of requestors
Introduce new ideas, keep up to date with the latest video marketing trends and concepts that might align with a project's brand initiatives and ensure production projects the intended brand image and meets competitive goals
Outline a budget and working within its limitations and ensure that the final product is of the highest quality

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Background & Understanding:
- Bachelor' degree in film, television, or related field preferable discipline and knowledge of effective production techniques
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Final Cut Pro and Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) & have a strong portfolio of illustrations, video editing, livestreaming or other graphics
- General understanding of computers and digital equipment and knowledge of new and cutting-edge technology
- Experienced in social media platforms and familiarity with marketing and promotion practices
2. Skills:
- Experience working in production and have collaborative skills, excellent storytelling skills
- Ability to lead actors while executing a project's vision
- Ability to take and negotiate, while also having a creative, aesthetical, and detailed eye for improvements
- Be proactive in work and flexible in working hours in accordance with the development trend of social networks
- Good at English (4 skills)
