Outcubator is looking for an Inbound Business Development Associate, who wants to level-up their career in the payment industry. If you are highly motivated and have experience in business development, we are hiring for an Inbound Business Development Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities
Take inbound emails, enquiries and prospect a list of strategic merchants who enquire on Passport. io website; Recommend, develop, test, and optimize processes, systems, and product presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and recommend process and systems enhancements to improve agent user experiences.
Work with internal business partners to identify, recommend, and test solutions to maximize the customer experience, product services, and sales processes.
Accurately record all interactions with customers in the CRM System
Manage high volume of mail enquires and respond to all maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
Facilitate sales of all services according to company and client requirement.
Assist customers with all knowledge on products and services
Schedule all customer appointments according to procedures and documents all customer transactions and prepare required paperwork.

Yêu cầu
Skills & Competencies Required
At least 3 year of relevant experience;
Associates or Bachelor's Degree;
Prior sales experience is a plus.
Minimum Skills and/or Knowledge Required:

Ability to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple objectives simultaneously and solve complex problems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Maintain degree of flexibility with the ability to quickly switch focus in response to business needs.
Effective organization and time management skills.
Takes ownership and is comfortable with both working independently, and in collaboration with others, as required.
