Mô tả công việc

- Responsible for the overall work of the inbound team (employee efficiency, training, and management);
- Manage customer delivery appointments and on-site dispatching;
- Participate in unloading, inspection, and shelving operations on site;
- Communicate with clients to handle all abnormal feedback and issues related to the inbound process;
- Provide value-added services (such as labeling and product processing).

Yêu cầu

- Have more than 1 year of experience in warehouse and logistics related work;
- Possess bilingual ability (English/Vietnamese, or Chinese/Vietnamese);
- Have good communication skills;
- Be proficient in using office software.
