Key Responsibilities
• Design creative and well-planned Vietnam tour itineraries
• Prepare accurate tour costings and quotations
• Recommend suitable hotels, activities, experiences, guides and transportation
• Communicate and negotiate with hotels and local suppliers
• Handle tailor-made and private tour requests
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams
• Maintain strong destination and product knowledge
• Support the development of new Vietnam travel products and experiences
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Vietnam inbound tourism
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam destinations, hotels, activities and routing
• Good understanding of local suppliers and tourism services
• Experience in itinerary planning and tour costing
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-focused with good attention to detail
