Responsibilities
Engage C-suite stakeholders to understand core business challenges. Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships, and provide consultative guidance on digital strategy and market trends.
Lead the development and execution of business plans, aligning with customers on ambitious, data-driven goals. Identify and cultivate a pipeline of new opportunities to expand partnerships and manage growth across various Google products, regions, and channels.
Design and pitch tailored advertising solutions and measure campaign performance against KPIs to demonstrate ROI. Advocate for and implement cross-platform Google advertising strategies.
Collaborate with broader internal and external ecosystem stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities. Act as an advisor and coach for team members on industry-specific strategies and
business development.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or
digital marketing.
Preferred qualifications:
10 years of experience in the travel industry, consulting, or managing digital-native clients.
Experience navigating high-pressure negotiations and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
Strong ability to drive cross-functional success and institutionalize best practices.
Deep expertise in aligning Google's product suite with specific customer objectives and business drivers.
Proven track record of building data-driven business plans and forecasting pipelines.
