What Infrastructure Engineer will do:
We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. In this role, the matched candidate will:
- Use BIM/VDC design software to implement various tasks:
- Road and bridge design
- Site grading and earthworks design
- Soil Calculations
- BOQs
- Visualizations
- Focus on personal development within infrastructure disciplines and enhance personal skills.
- Cooperate with project team internally and externally to facilitate efficient project processes for the best result.
- Have a passion for project delivery, people, customer service, and your work.
- Delegate and review design in collaboration with other disciplines.
- Manage assigned tasks, share work with others, and coordinate with different disciplines.
- Proactively build/improve working processes and procedures on new projects.
- Perform other tasks as requested by Project Lead/Manager.
What Infrastructure Engineer needs:
We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate will possess:
- Engineering degree with focus and passion on Infrastructure.
- Newly graduated or 1-2 years of experience working with relevant discipline.
- Experience and/or interest in BIM and using modern technology to optimize working processes.
- Passion for Infrastructure and willingness to learn and use new software is a must.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with Microstation/Bentley software will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of European construction is preferable.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure with strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
- Experience with other BIM Software (Civil 3D, Bluebeam, Solibri, Naviswork etc.) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effective participation in team environment with an open mind.
- Willingness to contribute to our company for a long term.
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.
