Innovation Kitchen Chef (Bếp trưởng Bếp trung tâm)

1. Cooking, Recipe Testing and Refinement:
- Conduct regular testing sessions to refine recipes, ensuring they meet high standards of taste, quality, and consistency.
- Solicit feedback from customers, store staff, and relevant stakeholders to enhance and perfect menu items.
2. Menu Development:
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and create innovative menu items that cater to local tastes and preferences.
- Keep abreast of food trends in Vietnam and globally, integrating new and exciting flavors into 7-Eleven's food offerings.
3. Quality Assurance and Safety:
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all food products meet 7-Eleven's quality and safety standards.
- Work closely with suppliers to source fresh and high-quality ingredients for menu items.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Stay updated on relevant health and safety guidelines.
4. Training and Collaboration:
- Train and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure the consistent execution of innovative recipes.
- Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the culinary team.
5. Cost Management:
- Develop and manage budgets related to the innovation kitchen, ensuring cost-effective menu development without compromising quality.
6. Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns highlighting new and innovative menu items.
- Participate in events and promotional activities to showcase 7-Eleven's culinary offerings.
7. Others:
- Some other additional tasks as directly requested by the line manager.
