Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with prospective clients to understand and develop the design brief.
- Develop conceptual design from guidelines given from clients or from scratch,
and assure material & technical suitability.
- Create space planning, material and colour scheme specification on client
needs. (Moodboard & Layout Plan).
- Create 3D renderings to visualize design concepts, and perspective.
- Produce interior fit-out drawing including layout plan & elevation & detail
drawings & carpentry drawing (AUTOCAD).
- Generate interior or structural drawings for submissions, client approval and
construction.
- Able to cross-check drawings before submission to project team. Update and
check drawings for accuracy as necessary
- Maintain proper records, updates of drawings and documentation to ensure easy
retrieval.
