What you will do
- User Support: Assist in providing technical support to employees by resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- System Maintenance: Help in the regular monitoring, updating, and maintaining of systems (e.g., servers, desktops, laptops, and networking equipment).
- Network Administration: Assist in managing routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi networks under the supervision of senior IT staff.
- Software Installation & Updates: Assist in installing, updating, and configuring software across various workstations and servers.
- Security: Help in maintaining security protocols, including applying software patches, monitoring security alerts, and following backup procedures.
- Inventory Management: Maintain IT asset inventory by tracking hardware and software deployments.
- Documentation: Assist in documenting IT processes, system configurations, and network topologies.
- Training: Assist in providing basic IT training to users on system usage and best practices.
- Project Assistance: Participate in IT-related projects, such as network upgrades, migrations, or software deployments.

What you should have
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with helpdesk systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic network troubleshooting tools.
- Good English communication
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection practices.
