You will be trained and learn about:
A. Marketing:
E-Marketing Campaigns:
Managed and executed e-marketing campaigns across various platforms, including emails, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
Ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing messages to target audiences.
Content Management and Follow-up:
Oversee the creation, distribution, and follow-up of all e-marketing content, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with brand strategy.
Track and analyze the performance of e-marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Brand Materials Support:
Assist in developing and designing brand materials, including the company profile, sales kits, and internal training materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all materials are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the brand's identity.
B. Project Management:
Stakeholder Coordination:
Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and coordination between all parties involved.
Track project progress, manage timelines, and report on the status of various tasks to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Sector Exploration and Learning:
Demonstrate a willingness to explore and learn about new sectors relevant to the projects.
Conduct primary market research to support project decisions and provide insights into new opportunities.
Data Analysis and Categorization:
Collect, categorize, and analyze raw data related to ongoing projects, providing accurate and actionable insights to the project team.
Utilize basic knowledge of databases to manage and organize project-related data effectively.
Organizational Skills:
Maintain a high level of organization in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring that all responsibilities are handled efficiently.
Work remotely with discipline and self-motivation, meeting deadlines and maintaining productivity without direct supervision.

A basic understanding of marketing principles and experience with e-marketing tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, LinkedIn, social media).
Familiarity with content creation and management, including experience with branding and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
An interest in project management with a basic understanding of project coordination, market research, and data analysis.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude, with a willingness to explore new sectors and acquire new skills.
