Internal Accountant

1. Cash, Bank, Payment Accounting:
• Monitor income and expenses, advance cash for each employee.
• Track cash and bank transactions.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable, prepare reports on accounts payable.
• Directly or assist in creating purchase contracts with suppliers within the assigned scope and job responsibilities.
• Input and maintain accounting data and documentation.
• Monitor the contract and accounting document exchange process.
2. Sales Accounting:
• Generate commercial invoices.
• Monitor accounts receivable with each customer.
• Track sales documents, Export documents.
• Directly or assist in creating sales contracts with customers within the assigned scope and job responsibilities.
3. Payroll Accounting:
• Calculate and process salaries for office staff and workers.
• Monitor salaries and company salary policies.
4. General Accounting and Other Tasks:
• Report directly to the Director on cash, bank, and weekly or when there are fluctuations in generated data.
• Update and report internal cost regularly.
• Estimate costs in case of significant fluctuations in incurred expenses.
• Prepare profit and loss reports for each order, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Generate internal reports as requested by the Director.
• Perform other related tasks as required by the Director.
