OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a skilled Internal Accountant to join our team. This role involves managing internal accounting and invoicing, communicating with clients globally, finalizing contracts, and overseeing internal financial management, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting. A strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax laws and social insurance regulations is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Accounting Responsibilities:
Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to Vietnamese law and company requirements.
Work with clients to get their information, prepare the contracts.
Issue VAT invoices, send payments documents to clients.
Manage the cash-flow, check and compare both in-out VAT invoices, bank statement book, etc.
Manage expense, revenue and record the accounting database on MISA software.
2. Tax Compliance:
Tax declaration: VAT, FCT, CIT, PIT
Make tax report: CIT, PIT
3. C&B Support:
Support monthly payroll, PIT and SHUI for employees.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese social insurance laws and regulations.
