Job Description
Work closely with other departments to develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring that all internal procedures are standardized and aligned with the company's goals.
Conduct actual audits within relevant departments to ensure that SOPs are properly and fully implemented.
Analyze existing procedures and systems, identify risks, gaps, and propose procedure improvements to enhance transparency and work efficiency.
Perform operational audits, compliance audits across business operations, policies, procedures, legal regulations, company internal regulations, accounting documents, management reports, tax reports, financial reports, budgets, etc.
Support the completion of special projects and inspections as requested by the Head of Department.

Job Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields.
Have at least 2 years of experience with SOPs and procedures systems in a corporate environment.
Experience in internal auditing and inspecting actual procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, ability to work independently.
Ability to design clear, easy-to-understand procedure flowcharts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specialized software, and business-level English.
Maintain the independence of the auditor from other departments.
Job Requirements
