Internal Communication Intern

To succeed in this position, you should have a passion for digital communication, customer centric, people engagement, and event planning. You will work closely with our HR team to organize internal events that boost employee engagement, while also promoting our employer brand across recruitment platforms to attract top talent.
You'll do
1. Content Creation & Distribution:
Draft, edit, and distribute internal newsletters, memos, and company-wide announcements.
Develop and manage engaging content for internal communication platforms (e.g., intranet, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
Assist in managing and maintaining communication channels, ensuring messages are clear, timely, and aligned with company goals.
2. Event Coordination and organization:
Assist in organizing internal events such as town halls, team-building activities, and workshops.
Help coordinate logistics, communication, and promotion for company-wide meetings and internal events.
3. Employee Engagement:
Gather feedback from employees through surveys or focus groups to assess the effectiveness of internal communications.
Collaborate with the HR and Marketing teams to support employee engagement initiatives and campaigns.
Create visual content such as infographics, presentations, or videos to enhance internal messaging.
4. Other tasks as assigned
