Internal Communication Specialist

1. Be an expert in delivering, strengthening and advocating an effective intetnal communication
· Manage strategy, content, and execution of major announcements, launches, and internal events.
· Oversee the management and updating of the company intranet, company calendar, and other internal assets.
· Partner with key team members to drive thought leadership and change management efforts within divisions and to the rest of the company.
· Drive comprehensive communications campaigns using a variety of collateral.
· Surface internal success stories to share across the broader company that reinforce our business objectives, our culture, and our overall inspiring vision.
· Gather employee feedback and leverage data to drive continuous improvement of our internal communications efforts.
· Be the main PIC in manage the internal engagement activities in planning side and operations side
2. Be a critical chain of the implementation of company culture
· Be an embassabor of promoting company core values via communication strategy to help nuture the company culture
3. Support to deliver L&D in operations side to ensure the strategy move in the right way
· Support L&D manager in preparing facilities of training planning to help onboard effectively
· Contribute technical inititiatives (content, KV) to make the materials stronger and more impactful
4. Conduct internal employee surveys to help the leadership team has insight in corporate talent health
· Be in charge of periodical employee survey to collect data of talent health index
· Make the collected data clean to support the analysis
· Brainstorm with HRMs to deliver the excellence analysis
5. Give assisstances to HR-gross-functional projects to help ensure the excellence delivery
