Mô tả công việc
1) Internal Communications:
- Responsible for implementing internal communication initiatives to foster a transparent and
two-way communication environment across the company.
- Manage all internal communication channels, ensuring their effectiveness and continuous
optimization.
- Ensure all content aligns with company strategy and is communicated clearly, concisely, and
accurately.
- Conduct internal surveys to gain employee insights and sustain an open communication culture.
2) Employee Health & Well-being Engagement Programs:
- Develop and promote Health and Well-being initiatives to enhance the workplace environment
and drive sustainable employee engagement.
- Develop action plan, organize, and oversee the execution of all health and well-being
activities/events within approved plans and budgets (e.g., company outings, year-end parties,
fitness challenges, etc.).
- Encourage high employee participation in activities and enhance overall job satisfaction.
- Conduct post-event surveys to measure success and gather insights for continuous
improvement.
- Oversee recognition programs, ensuring communication across all channels and alignment with
company policies and budgets to celebrate employee loyalty and contributions.
3) Culture Activities Implementation
- Implement initiatives to strengthen company culture and embed Amway's Core Values and Culture
habits into employees' daily work-life.
- Execute culture communication strategies, training programs, and induction plans to enhance
employee awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
- Facilitate local listening initiatives to drive employee engagement and maintain an open,
feedback-driven workplace.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in employee engagement; internal communications, HR events/activities organization
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics or other related fields.
- Good command of spoken & written English and Vietnamese
- Familiar with multi communication platforms for employees such as emails, social media, offline channels, etc.
- Ability to use designing tools such as: Canva, CapCut, etc. is an advantage
- Strong ability to execute and operate employee engagement activities, company events
