Create and publish content (posts, videos) about company culture on Facebook and LinkedIn
Manage and grow social media channels to enhance employer branding
Support recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
Participate in building and executing internal communication (IC) activities
Support the Marketing team when needed

Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience
Strong content writing skills with a creative mindset and ability to catch trends
Interest in HR and Internal Communication
Good communication skills, proactive and energetic attitude
Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut
Good English communication and writing skills
