Mô tả công việc
Job Overview: The Internal Relations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement, fostering a positive company culture, and ensuring consistent and effective communication across all levels of the organization. This role requires a proactive and creative professional who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of internal communications best practices, and a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values.
Create engaging and impactful communications content, including memos, newsletters, emails, intranet articles, videos, and presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather information and ensure consistent messaging across different departments and teams.
Manage and maintain internal communication channels, including the company intranet, email newsletters, and digital signage.
Coordinate and support company-wide events, including town halls, employee recognition programs, and team-building activities.
Conduct internal surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction, identify communication gaps, and recommend improvements.
Monitor and respond to employee inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders to gather information, align messaging, and provide communication support.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in internal communications.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
As Personal Assistance to MD
Provide daily administrative support to the Managing Director, including meeting & logistics arrangement, customer & field visit arrangement, travel arrangement, visa/work permit, payments, and other related admin tasks.
Follow MD's working schedule to arrange meetings and manage calendars.
Prepare correspondence such as emails and letter; support in making business presentation slides, reports, database...
Be the translator in the meetings, take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings and deliver the meeting minutes to stakeholders promptly
Office Management
Manage daily office operation including office lease, office renovation, office routine management to ensure the office is well managed and operated in a good condition
Support to monitor the immigration services for expats: visa / work permit, daily courier, and company's legal document registration.
Coordinate with EHS in office health & safety activities to provide a safe and pleasant working environment.

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written, and able to stand in as an effective Translator for our expatriate MD.
Proven experience in internal communications, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Strong storytelling abilities and the aptitude to translate complex information into clear and engaging content.
Proficient in using various communication tools and platforms, including email marketing software, intranet systems, and digital signage solutions.
Experience in managing and coordinating events and employee engagement activities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with measurement and analytics tools to track the success of communication initiatives.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach to work.
